I had a wonderful experience working with Michael 3 years ago. I had been living in NYC for 12 years and had decided to purchase my first apartment. I knew very little about the real estate market in and around the boroughs of NYC. Michael was incredibly knowledgable and patient in the entire purchasing process from start to finish. He was organized and punctual at every appointment. I felt Michael really listened to my needs and what details I was specifically looking for in a potential new home. I never felt pressured to pull the trigger on an apartment even after looking at over 50 places! In the end, he helped me to purchase the right apartment that was perfect for me. I couldn't have done it without him, and I am very grateful for that.
